Carole Scagnetti joined Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica LLP in 2015. Carole’s practice is focused on Probate and Trust Administration practice and her work for the firm includes managing the Probate and Trust Administration practice.
Carole earned a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University and an M.A. in Integral Psychology from the California Institute of Asian Studies. She earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University where she focused on business, tax and estate planning.
Carole is a member of Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California, and the Probate and Trust Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco, where she also served as the Chair of the Business Section. She is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts within California as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Carole lives in San Francisco with her wife, Terry Stewart. They have one daughter and a dog. In her leisure time Carole enjoys playing golf, gardening and quality time with friends and family.
